Welcome to Wellspring Meadows, where every detail is thoughtfully crafted for our residents’ comfort and well-being. Nestled in a serene cul-de-sac in beautiful Hayden, Idaho, our elegant, assisted living facility features two expansive 7,000-square-foot homes, each accommodating 16 residents for a total of 32.
Our inviting environment includes a variety of living options—couple suites, private rooms, and semi-private rooms—each equipped with private baths and emergency pull cords for added safety. Our dedicated on-site chef prepares three delicious, home-cooked meals daily, ensuring that every dining experience feels special.
We encourage families and friends to visit and create lasting memories together, whether relaxing by the cozy fire in our spacious living areas, enjoying scenic walks in our manicured gardens, or sharing a warm meal. At Wellspring Meadows, you are not just a resident; you are part of a caring community.
